Life Plan Community is looking to hire an NP to provide high-quality, relationship-driven geriatric care within its collaborative on-campus clinical team in the Atlanta, Georgia area! 20 miles NE of Atlanta. APRN will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community by providing holistic, relationship-driven care to older adults!
