In-House Corporate Counsel: Commercial & IP

Lam Research is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the Corporate and General Legal – U.S. team. You will negotiate complex agreements, advise on IP, data privacy, antitrust, and compliance, and help drive strategic initiatives across Lam’s commercial activities. Collaborate with a global legal team, provide timely guidance to business units, and contribute to training, processes, and contract templates. Travel may be required as business needs arise in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
