Apply for this role →Senior Product Designer — UI/UXFull-Time · Remote · United States / Europe We’re building a high-performance memecoin trading terminal and are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer / UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time. This is not a role where years of experience matter more than the quality of your work. We are looking for someone with exceptional design instincts, strong product thinking, and a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create polished, intuitive, high-performance interfaces. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team to design major areas of the platform from the ground up while continuously improving existing experiences. What You’ll Work OnYour initial focus will include major parts of the trading terminal, including: New Pairs / token discovery experience Chart and trading interface Existing product UI/UX improvements New product flows and features as the platform evolves Overall product consistency and design quality You will be involved from early concepts through final implementation.
Responsibilities:
Design complete product experiences from initial concept to production-ready UICreate wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes Design clean, intuitive interfaces for information-dense and fast-moving environments Build and maintain reusable components and a scalable design system Think deeply about usability, information hierarchy, interaction design, and user behavior Work directly with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately Provide clear specifications and developer handoffs Rapidly iterate based on feedback, testing, and product changes Identify UX problems and proactively propose better solutions Maintain an extremely high standard for visual quality and consistency across the product
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional UI and UX design ability Strong portfolio demonstrating real digital product design Advanced proficiency with Figma Strong understanding of modern product design principles Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, interaction states, and component systems Ability to simplify complex interfaces without removing important functionality Strong understanding of responsive web design Ability to create polished prototypes and communicate interactions clearly Understanding of frontend development principles and the limitations of modern web applications Comfortable collaborating closely with developers Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality Strong attention to detail Able to take feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve your work Preferred Experience in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, analytics dashboards, or other complex data-heavy products is preferred but not required. We care significantly more about the quality of your work and product instincts than whether you have previously worked in crypto. An exceptional designer from another industry who can understand complex products quickly is absolutely someone we want to speak with. The Type of Designer We Want We are not looking for someone whose only goal is making screens look visually appealing. We want someone who thinks about: Why information is positioned where it is How quickly a user can understand a screen How efficiently users can perform important actions How interactions should behave How interfaces can contain large amounts of information without feeling chaotic Where friction exists in a user flow How small design decisions affect the overall product experience You should care deeply about the difference between a product that simply looks good and a product that feels exceptionally good to use. How We Work We operate like a fast-moving startup. You’ll work directly with the founders and developers, meaning communication is fast and decisions are made quickly. We expect rapid iteration. Ideas may move from concept → design → engineering quickly, and you should be comfortable receiving feedback, making changes, and continuously refining the product. At the same time, speed does not mean lowering the standard. We want someone who can move quickly while maintaining extremely high design quality. Experience There is no strict number of years required. We are interested in senior and elite-level talent, but quality of work matters more to us than years on a résumé.If your portfolio is exceptional and you believe you can perform at this level, we want to see your work. Location This position is fully remote.
