Chief Marine Engineer - Operations & Safety

Land & Sea is seeking an Engineer to oversee the safe operation and maintenance of all mechanical and non-mechanical systems aboard the Jean Ribault vessel. The role ensures USCG compliance, leads preventative maintenance, and mentors junior engineers to uphold safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities include safety drills, equipment inspections, maintenance planning, logs, inventory management, and collaboration with the Captain.
