Our client, a large enterprise organization, is looking for an HR Employee Services Analyst. This role will support a centralized HR Shared Services organization following a major HR technology implementation, with a strong focus on stabilizing HR operations, resolving complex employee and manager inquiries, and supporting UKG Pro.
Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid
Duration: Approximately 6.5 months
Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour. Additional Compensation: This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.

Summary: The HR Employee Services Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert supporting employees and managers across HR programs, policies, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave administration, and HR systems. This role will have a significant focus on UKG Pro and will help support and stabilize HR services following a major HR technology implementation. The analyst will resolve complex employee and manager cases, identify trends in service requests, support HR technology solutions, and partner across HR functions to improve processes and the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on UKG Pro experience combined with a strong background in HR operations or shared services within a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced support for employee and manager inquiries across HR programs, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and leave administration. Serve as a subject matter expert for HR policies, procedures, programs, and compliance requirements. Resolve complex HR cases and provide accurate, timely guidance to employees and managers. Translate HR policy updates and legislative changes into standardized business processes, procedures, and service workflows. Analyze employee service requests and case trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. Support HR technology solutions, including UKG Pro, HR management systems, and case management platforms. Partner cross-functionally with HR Employee Services, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Talent, and HR systems teams. Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes, service delivery, and the overall employee experience. Support ongoing stabilization and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes following technology implementations.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, Payroll, Benefits, or a related HR function.2+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including Core and HR Help modules. Experience supporting employees and managers within a high-volume HR service center or shared services environment. Experience working with HR systems and case management applications. Strong knowledge of HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee service processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Copilot. Strong customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple HR functions and stakeholder groups. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have: Experience supporting an HRIS implementation, post-implementation stabilization effort, or HR technology transformation. Experience identifying trends in HR service cases and translating findings into process improvements. Experience working across Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, Leave Administration, Talent, and HRIS functions. Experience within a centralized, enterprise HR Shared Services environment.
