As a Hand Packaging Technician, you'll be responsible for manually preparing, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure quality and efficiency. You will work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations, handle packaging materials, operate basic equipment, and uphold safety standards daily.

What You'll Do: As a Hand Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for Manually preparing and packaging products according to specified quality standards. Performing quality control checks, including verifying package counts, dates, weights, and appearance. Folding, taping, and labeling boxes for shipment, ensuring sanitation and accuracy. Stacking finished products onto pallets and preparing items for distribution. Safely operating equipment such as pallet jacks, tapers, and shrink wrap machines. Moving pallets throughout the production area, often in varying temperature environments. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Physical ability to lift, move, and stack products safely. Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety.
