Required Skills: Ideal candidate will offer 2-3 yrs. in Customer Service Phone and E-mail Etiquette Excellent Customer Service Skills Knowledge of Equipment and Customers Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision Clean/Professional Appearance Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with the following products and technology: Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft applications Experience with E-Automate is helpful Education & Certification: High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements: Ability to control computer and telephone keyboard Ability to comprehend printed and electronic documents Ability to regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand Ability to understand the speech of others
