SEO/AIO Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SEO professional to join our team as an SEO Manager for Marketing Six. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple organic campaigns by creating and implementing technical, on-site and off-site SEO strategies. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies for multiple campaigns Report and assess SEO performance and organic KPIsCollaborate with web development, content, and marketing teams to address the campaign’s goals and needs Assist in maintaining technical site health, including redirects and schema Google Business Profile management Conduct website audits and identify areas of improvement or opportunity Plan and execute strategies to encourage growth/visibility in both traditional SEO and AI Optimization. Assist in setup of site migrations, redesigns, and new website launches Stay up to date with the latest SEO, AI optimization and digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications: 2+ years experience with SEO for SMBs Experience with technical, content, on-site, and off-site SEOFamiliar with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO research tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)Experience with AI platforms (for both internal production needs and external client analysis)Problem-solver who takes initiative Reliable communicator Strong time-management skills Team player who values big picture goals

Preferred: Experience with Word Press and SEO plugins

Preferred: Experience with SEO for SMBs (small and midsize businesses)
