Coordinate assembly members based off of current production requirements outlined in our shared production sheet
Submit production output at the end of each day
Submit each employee's efficiency data at the end of each workday and communicate production expectations to each team
Ensure each assembly zone remains in a safe, clean, and organized manner as outlined in each zones map.

Assembly Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
Assembly Supervisor Qualifications: Bilingual english/spanish is a requirement for this position.
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environment. Experience supervising production/assembly teams, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures, equipment operation, and OSHA-related requirements. Ability to read work instructions, follow production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with employees and management.
