Behavioral Health Medical Director — Integrated Care Leader

Essen Health Care is seeking an Associate Medical Director to lead and scale a comprehensive behavioral health program serving homebound and long-term care populations. You will work with primary care providers, care management teams, and executive leadership to design evidence-based models integrated with primary and long-term care. The role combines clinical leadership with supervision of Behavioral Health NPs and clinicians, in both telehealth and in-home settings.
