Youth Treatment Director: Behavioral Health Leadership

AMIkids is seeking a Director of Treatment to oversee substance abuse and mental health services for youth and their families in the Tampa Bay area. This role will direct treatment program coordination, ensure fidelity of components, and develop individualized plans while leading clinical teams. You will supervise meetings, provide counseling, and advance trauma-responsive programming in a regulated environment, with emphasis on quality assurance and licensing compliance.
