What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Service central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil furnaces, gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal inspections, and HVAC system evaluations Identify system performance issues and explain appropriate repair and upgrade options to homeowners Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system safety controls Clearly communicate system findings and recommendations to customers Complete service documentation and reports using company-provided technology Follow local regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and established safety standards Keep your service vehicle organized and maintain a professional presentation in the field Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
