Architectural Designer I: Workplace & Asset Design

GTM Architects is seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Designer I to join our Commercial Studio in Bethesda, MD. This entry-level role focuses on workplace design, asset transformation, and dynamic amenity spaces, with 0–2 years of post-education experience. You’ll work from schematic design through construction phase services as part of a collaborative team. You’ll gain hands-on mentorship, log AXP/NCIDQ hours, and contribute to a range of projects.
