Tax Director, Global Funds & International Tax

Atlas Search seeks a Tax Director to lead the firm's tax strategy across investment funds and management company entities. This hands-on leadership role reports to the CFO and manages domestic and international tax matters, including partnership taxation and cross-border transactions. You will oversee compliance, planning, reporting, and structuring, coordinate with external advisors, and advise on fund formation, investor tax considerations, and ASC 740 compliance.
