Apply for this role →The Foundry | New York, NYYou’ve finished the degree. Now you’re looking for somewhere to actually start building a career. The Foundry is looking for recent graduates who have already completed their degree and are ready to bring some energy, ambition and personality into the working world. This is a hands-on role designed to give you practical exposure to sales, customer acquisition, business development, team development and management. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of how we represent our clients, communicate with customers and generate results before taking on greater responsibility as you develop. Who are we looking for? We’re not expecting you to arrive with five years of experience — that would rather defeat the point of a graduate role. We are looking for people who have already graduated, are available to begin their career now, and genuinely want an opportunity where their progression can be influenced by what they put into it. You’ll probably fit in well if you: Are confident, personable and comfortable talking to new people Have a competitive streak and enjoy working towards goals Learn quickly and respond well to coaching and feedback Want responsibility rather than waiting years to be given it Enjoy working around ambitious, energetic people Have an interest in business, management and developing people Are willing to get involved, make mistakes, learn and improve Want a career where strong performance can lead to greater responsibility Your degree doesn’t need to be in business or marketing. We care far more about how you communicate, how you think, your attitude and what you want to build next. The Foundry is a high-energy environment with a simple philosophy: learn the business from the ground up, become great at the fundamentals, and then learn how to help other people do the same. Degree done? Good. Now let’s see what you can do with it.
