Essential Functions:
Distribute appropriate components for the assembly process
Document employee production daily
Check in production work orders from the warehouse for accuracy
Train employees on new tasks & to be as efficient as possible
Ability to accurately return components to the warehouse
Keep the department clean and free of clutter at all times
Assist in the date coding process so that it runs smoothly
Must be able to multi task
Additional Functions:
Ability to perform payroll duties when required
Ability to know how to use Macola
Assist with personnel and disciplinary issues as needed on production floor
Fill in for the Manager as needed
Perform additional floor supervision, machine operation, assembly, sewing, assembly or warehousing projects as assigned
Perform monthly inventories
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
Lifting to 60 Pounds, walking, standing etc.
Standing / Walking all day
