Family Office Club is the largest investor club for family offices, fund managers, investors, founders, and family business owners. Over 19 years, we have hosted 300+ events, and our members have closed $1B+ in deals with each other. We are expanding in Dallas and hiring one proven closer to lead it. We have 19 million social media followers, have hosted 341 live events, have been in business for 19 years, have had $1B of transactions done between our members, and we are looking to open an office in Dallas in 2027, but all work done is virtual at this point across the whole company. What you will sell Memberships to family business owners, investors and founders ($400/month to $10,000/year) Advisory and AI retainers to family offices and operating companies ($3,000 to $12,500/month, recurring) Sponsorships to wealth, legal, tax and AI service providers
What you will do:
  • Run the full cycle: prospect, discovery, demo, close
  • Meet business owners and family office principals in person across DFWWork our Dallas events and turn attendees into members and clients
  • Follow up on every interested lead within 24 hours, phone first
  • Use AI daily for research and follow-up; log everything in HubSpotWe have 100,00 person email list and leads coming in daily but we also want to work local channels in Dallas and expand our membership there in the city
  • You have 3-10+ years of B2B or high-ticket sales with numbers to prove itExperience selling memberships, retainers or advisory services (EO, YPO, Tiger 21, Vistage, associations or similar is a strong plus)
  • Comfort on the phone and in rooms with business owners and executives
  • An existing DFW network (a plus)
  • The ability to process emails efficiently, be effective over the phone or in-person and can go deep but also move fast when needed over the surface area of many leads
Compensation$50,000-$60,000 base plus uncapped commission, with recurring commission on retainer clients. Year-one earnings of $100,000-$200,000 for someone who hits target. The full commission plan is shared with finalists.
