Global Market Access Director – Gene Therapy

Lilly is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access to lead global pricing, access, and contracting strategy for the gene therapy portfolio. You will shape the global value narrative, align with LV&A and IVA, and drive timely payer engagement across markets, including the US. In this role you’ll partner with Lilly USA, International Business Unit, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent pricing, access pathways, and policy alignment for one-time therapies that transform patient outcomes.
