A strong business or financial background, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of compensation practices are essential. The role demands extensive experience in rewards and recognition programs, as well as knowledge of federal and state compensation laws. The ideal candidate will be consultative, collaborative, and possess excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail skills.
