Basic Requirements: High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred: At least one completed college course Currently enrolled in college Associate's or Bachelor's degree Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance Passion for working with children (experience a plus!) Bilingual skills are a bonus

Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

What You’ll Do: Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!) Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills Be part of a team that loves the climb, showing up each day to support meaningful progress Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to support consistent progress
