Commercial lines Insurance Agent

Primary Responsibilities: Contact and follow up on assigned leads to develop new business opportunities Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist walk-in clients by assessing their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing with clients Review and analyze client requirements, qualifications, exposures, and risks to recommend suitable insurance products Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction Collaborate proactively with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to identify opportunities and provide exceptional client support Monitor market trends and participate in rate negotiations and policy reviews as needed Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience High school diploma or equivalent required Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License Ability to write and service: General Liability Workers' Compensation Excess Liability Business Auto Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with AMS360 is a plus This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package and benefits, including: Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching Contractors Insurance Agency is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while creating opportunities for our employees to grow and succeed.
