Driver / Case Manager

Qualifications: · Valid Ohio driver’s license· Active auto insurance· Routing and navigation experience required· Clean driving record preferred· Ability to document services accurately· Willingness to become a Certified Case Manager· Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities· Safely transport clients to and from appointments, programs, and services· Plan and follow efficient driving routes· Document transportation and case management services accurately· Assist with case management tasks as assigned· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Schedule· Part-time availability required· Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
