Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Coach staff on company standards, client behavior plans, and documentation quality.
Build the team schedule, monitor service hours, and ensure every shift is covered.
Review notes, incident reports, timecards, medication records, and required checklists.
Lead monthly team meetings, training, and quarterly staff reviews.
Coordinate medication refills, health appointments, meal planning, household supplies, and maintenance needs.
Support crisis response and step into direct-care shifts when coverage is unavailable.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of management experience.
Experience supporting people with autism, oppositional defiance, conduct disorder, or related behavioral needs.
Reliable transportation and ability to transport clients when assigned.
Ability to pass a federal background check.
