Contract Production Support Engineer – Fixed Income Trading DevOps / L3 Support Engineer (Fixed Income Trading)
Experience: 4–7 years
DevOps/Support Engineer needed to deploy and maintain production systems for a trading floor environment. You will collaborate directly with traders and developers to optimize fixed-income trading systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, verify, and monitor production software using Tidal automation.
Analyze Java logs to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment issues.
Manage application control scripts and build automated deployment workflows.
Support infrastructure monitoring and annual Disaster Recovery testing.
Mandatory Requirements:
Trading Floor: Must have direct experience supporting a production trading floor (Fixed Income preferred).Tidal: Hands-on automation experience with Tidal scheduling software is required.
Java Logs: Proven ability to parse and analyze Java application logs for troubleshooting.
Linux & Scripting: Strong command line and shell scripting skills (RH8 preferred).SQL & CI/CD: Solid relational SQL query skills and familiarity with Azure or Rundeck.
