Senior Preconstruction Estimator - GMP & BIM Lead

Turner Construction Company in Irvine is seeking an experienced Estimator to support Lead Estimators and Preconstruction Manager during the preconstruction phase. You will perform quantity take-offs, value engineering, and prepare pricing for bids and GMPs, using BIM for accurate quantity take-offs and visualization. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and at least 8 years of experience in estimating, procurement, and project controls.
