B-Corp Certified. illy caffè North America (ICNA) is seeking an exceptionally talented logistics/supply chain professional to join our team as the Logistics Specialist at our New York City office location. This position is FT with 3 days per week required in the NYC office. The Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for oversight of the coffee machine loan orders and other order types providing updated information on ship dates and tracking to our North American Technical and Sales Teams. This position follows specific parameters and SOPs and manages a high volume of work requiring an individual who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision on the execution of the claims and returns process.illycaffè is an Italian family-owned company, founded in Trieste in 1933 with the mission to offer the best coffee to the world.
