Process Engineer

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Pay Range: $90k - $105k + bonus

Summary: Connect Search is hiring a Process Engineer in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities: Partner with site management and collaborate with the manufacturing and project teams to oversee the implementation of new processes. Assist production launches and variation reduction initiatives. Provide process and technical support in processing a wide range of thermoplastic materials. Ensures new products are "ready for production" prior to release with up front input to Tooling, Cross functional participation with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and ownership of Performance Qualification (PQ).Develops and trains production staff in work methods, troubleshooting, and problem solving.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.5+ years o f manufacturing and plastics injection molding experience
