Apply for this role →Providing day-to-day leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Armed Sector Manager will manage transportation and stationary/remote guarding services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policies while serving as the primary liaison with client personnel.
Key responsibilities:
Directly supervise and evaluate assigned staff, monitoring performance and implementing career development plans
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery within the assigned Sector
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and address operational deficiencies through quality assurance activities
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
Must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident
Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience in a security, transportation, or comparable environment
Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle
Proven record of managing staff and maintaining positive customer relationships
