Multi-Skilled Fabricator Wanted -- Weld, Build, Machine, Grow

What you'll be doing: Welding on our core product lines Stretches of weeks at a time on machine assembly instead of welding Running a lathe, drill press, and other shop equipment as jobs require Learning our processes from the ground up — you won't be thrown in blind Growing into more responsibility as your skills develop What you need on day one: Can run a MIG gun decently — we'll teach you the rest Comfortable being flexible — one week it's welding, the next it might be assembly or running other machines Good with your hands and motivated to get work done without someone standing over you Willing to learn, ask questions, and put in the work Reliable and shows up ready to go

What we offer: Full-time position with some flexibility on start/end times$50,000–$75,000, based on experienceA hardworking, no-nonsense shop that still treats people like people We're a small, family-owned operation — the shop sits on the same property as our home, so our kids are sometimes around outside (not in the shop). We need someone who's comfortable with that.
