Chief Transit Capital Programs Officer

Dallas Area Rapid Transit is seeking a Sr. Vice President, Capital Programs to lead the agency’s capital program from planning through closeout, advancing the Capital Improvement Program and long-range investments. The role guides multidisciplinary teams, oversees consultants and contractors, and ensures safe, on-time delivery within scope, budget, and quality. As an executive representative, you’ll collaborate with internal departments, funding partners, elected officials, and communities while
