Senior AI-Driven User Researcher

Snowflake is seeking a Senior User Researcher to shape what we build and how customers experience it. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing leads to set priorities, make tough calls, and bring ideas to market, drawing on deep customer insights and business goals. You will know when to move quickly or dig deeper, applying AI judiciously to deliver better outcomes for Snowflake's customers and helping redefine how work gets done.
