🏗️ About the Opportunity:
Oline Construction is growing rapidly, and we’re looking to add a Contract Administrator / Project Administrator to our Omaha team. This role is the backbone of project operations, supporting both contract administration and day-to-day project coordination. You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects organized, compliant, and running efficiently—working closely with project teams, leadership, and external partners. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contract Administration: Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements, including execution, tracking, and change orders
- Compliance & Vendor Coordination: Oversee subcontractor onboarding, insurance, bonds, and lien documentation while ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Project Documentation: Maintain organized project files and manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and correspondence
- Financial Support: Assist with billing, pay applications, invoice tracking, and maintaining contract/cost documentation
- Scheduling & Coordination: Track submittals, procurement logs, and support scheduling updates
- Field & Closeout Support: Assist with field documentation, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout packages⚙️ Systems & ToolsCMiCTexturaMicrosoft Office Suite
- Internal document management systems✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in contract administration and/or project administration
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with CMiC and/or Textura is a plus
Degree in Construction Management, Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred🚀 Why Oline?
