Head of Land Development & Feasibility

Traditions of America LP in Kentucky seeks a civil engineering professional to lead feasibility, due diligence, and engineering oversight across a fast-moving pipeline of new 55+ communities. You will work with Partners and the Acquisitions & Entitlements team to pressure-test new deals, identify engineering and utility constraints, coordinate all technical due diligence, and manage outside consultants through the entire approval process.
