Of Counsel- Insurance Defense Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of legal matters. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Collaborate with partners and associates to develop and implement effective legal strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Stay current with developments in the law and maintain a high level of professional competence.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar. Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a strong background in litigation, corporate law, or another relevant practice area. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
