California Licensed Employment Counsel

Key responsibilities: Advise on domestic and international employment and labor law matters, including recruiting, employee relations, and terminations Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements and policies for compliance and consistency Manage internal investigations, employment-related claims, and collaborate on employment litigation mattersRequired qualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with a US state bar (Colorado or California preferred) 3+ years of experience practicing U.S. employment law at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house In-house experience strongly preferred Broad-based employment law expertise across key areas such as employee relations and compliance Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
