Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid special education teaching license in Michigan is required
- Classroom teaching experience at the elementary, middle, or high school level (Special Education focus preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort adapting instruction to a range of learning needs and IEP goals
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- A positive, patient, and flexible approach
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
