PURPOSE:Support SMT line on programming/troubleshooting, setup and process improvementsPRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:1.SMT Programming & troubleshooting, ASM setup support, DEK/Juki printer setup support, SPI programming and support, ASM placement optimization, Reflow oven profiling support.2.Laser marking/labeling machine and auto-loader/conveyor support.3.SMEMA support. Tooling and fixtures administrative support.4.Auto-insertion machine support.5.ERSA Selective Soldering Programming, troubleshooting & setup support, Wave soldering setup support,6.Press fit, Router, Wash machine and Curing oven profiling support.7.SRT BGA rework station and X-ray machine support.
PREFERRED Qualifications: 2+ years
