Job Description:
  • Check Inventory Levels and usages at sites.
  • Place orders online or over the phone and follow up on order confirmation.
  • Receive customer orders and prepare for delivery or shipment.
  • Safely deliver/ship chemicals or parts to customers
  • Receive incoming orders in a timely manner while inspecting products/parts for quality and/or damages.
  • Return/Report damages or product shortages to vendors and team members.
  • Effectively communicate problems/processes delays and ETA updates to other team members.
  • Order parts and supplies for Service Technicians.
  • Write delivery tickets/shipping labels for outgoing orders while following DOT Hazmat requirements when needed.
  • Maintain clean and neat workspace.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to obtain Class C CDL Driver’s License with Hazmat Endorsement. This can be done on company time and will be company funded. Must be completed successfully to hold position.
  • Must be physically fit enough to load and unload up to 500lb, chemical drums safely with use of drum dolly and liftgate.
  • Must be able to pass and keep up with DOT physical and random drug test screenings annually.
  • Must have the ability to read, understand, and navigate basic computer programs and internet. (QuickBooks, UPS Worldwide, Star BOL, GPS and others)
  • Must have excellent customer/employee relation skills.
  • Must be neat and clean in appearance and capable of maintaining neat and clean workspace.
  • Some extensive driving is required.
  • Carwash experience and basic knowledge is preferred but not required.
Pay: This job is an hourly job and is 40 hours a week minimum and we do work overtime. Starting pay is between $10 - $30 per hour depending on experience and abilities and there is room for growth and higher pay. Employees are eligible for bonus based on the employee performance after being employed for a year.
Holidays: Announced annually
Sick Days: Employees have 4 paid sick days a year.
Vacation: After the first year of employment an employee gets one full week paid. On the second year an employee gets two full weeks paid vacation.
