Compensation: $120K-$140K base + 10% bonus

Manage revenue accounting and ensure compliance with US GAAP/ASC 606
Lead purchase accounting and integration efforts for acquisitions
Support technical accounting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and external advisors
Help build scalable accounting processes in a fast-growing environment
4-15 years of accounting experience (public accounting, industry, or a combination)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, purchase accounting, and revenue recognition
Exposure to automation, AI tools, or process-improvement initiatives is a plus
High-visibility role within a PE-backed growth platform
Significant acquisition exposure and technical accounting responsibility
