Jewelry Sales Associate

Role Description: The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, OH. In this role, the associate greets customers, learns their needs, and provides knowledgeable guidance on jewelry selections, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches. Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The associate helps keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, and supports inventory checks and special orders. The role also involves building ongoing relationships with clients, following up after purchases, and contributing to a positive, professional store environment.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to clearly explain product details and actively listen to customer needs. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide attentive support and ensure a positive buying experience. Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming, professional environment that reflects a luxury brand. Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to meet sales goals, handle transactions, and manage add-on and repeat sales. Attention to detail and integrity in handling valuable merchandise and payment information. Comfort working in a luxury retail setting; prior jewelry or high-end retail experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods, work weekends or holidays as needed, and collaborate effectively with team members. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, merchandising, or gemology is a plus.
