Job Summary:
We are seeking aField Service Engineerto servicemedical laboratory equipment(including hematology, chemistry, coagulation analyzers, and automated robotic lab instrumentation). This role requires strongelectronics and electro-mechanical troubleshootingskills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repairmedical laboratory analyzersand automated robotic lab equipment.
- Performpreventive maintenanceand troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Establish and maintainstrong customer relationshipsby providing excellent service.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the
- Field Support Group .Managecar inventory, including tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Provideon-site trainingfor customers on instrument operation.
- Must be willing totravel overnightas required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Certificate orAAS degree in electronicsor a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a Field Service Engineer .Strongelectronics and electro-mechanical troubleshootingbackground.
Prior experience servicingmedical lab analyzersor other medical instrumentation is a plus.
