About You:
Bachelors degree in Health Sciences, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Medical Visit Executive within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Womens Health is considered an advantage.
Experience in medical promotion and development of relationships with specialists, especially gynecologists and obstetricians.
Knowledge and use of CRM tools for commercial management.
Experience using pharmaceutical market databases, such as IQVIA, Close-Up, or equivalents.
Ability to analyze commercial performance indicators and identify market trends.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Intermediate English level is desirable.
Orientation towards achieving results and meeting objectives.
Planning, organization, and effective time management skills.
Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
Analytical thinking and capacity for data-driven decision-making.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role:
Promote Theramexs product portfolio ethically and strategically among healthcare professionals, driving sustainable business growth and strengthening the companys position as a leader in Womens Health. Establish and maintain strong relationships with specialist doctors, opinion leaders, and key institutions, ensuring accurate communication of scientific information and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives for the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and follow up on the action plan for your territory, aligned with the companys commercial and market share objectives.
Plan and efficiently manage medical visit activities, optimizing resources, time, and coverage to maximize results.
Implement the commercial and promotional strategy for the territory, prioritizing clients, visit frequency, segmentation, and activities in accordance with the District Management guidelines.
Promote Theramexs product portfolio through in-person and virtual visits, communicating accurate, balanced, and updated scientific information about indications, clinical benefits, safety profile, and appropriate use of the products.
Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with gynecologists, obstetricians, endocrinologists, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals relevant to the business.
Identify growth opportunities through market data analysis, competitive trends, and prescription patterns within your territory.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of strategic campaigns and projects.
Identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), in coordination with the District Manager and medical teams.
Organize, coordinate, and participate in scientific events, congresses, symposiums, and continuous medical education activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas related to Womens Health, including contraception, menopause, osteoporosis, and other relevant portfolio categories.
Manage timely and accurate information in the companys CRM systems, ensuring data quality and proper follow-up of activities performed.
Comply with corporate policies, local regulatory requirements, pharmaceutical industry code of ethics, and internal compliance procedures.
Demonstrate customer orientation, analytical thinking, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.
