Salary: base + commission structure discussed with recruiter.

What you will do: Responsibilities Excel at full-desk recruitment (new client wins & passive candidate sourcing). Place top legal talent at leading US law firms. Collaborate with a team of 9 and growing in a fully remote environment.

What we’re looking for: Qualifications Preferred but not essential: Have a law degree from a reputable school (no practical experience necessary). Experience in full-desk recruitment and ability to source passive candidates. Expertise in recruiting for professional industries such as legal, accounting & finance, technology, life sciences, engineering, audit, risk & compliance, or any executive search background. Ability to consistently bill over US$300k annually. Location and work arrangement Work from anywhere in the US/UK (or abroad). About the recruiter Hey!
