Apply for this role →The City of Federal Way is seeking a part-time Climbing Wall Attendant to support the new climbing program at the Federal Way Community Center. You will teach belay techniques, orient pass holders, and supervise open climb and clinics for ages 3 to adult.
Responsibilities include equipment rental, wall maintenance, route setting assistance, and tracking climber participation while promoting teamwork and safety. Must be able to work with children and hold current First Aid/CPR.
