The Jackson Laboratory is seeking a Lead Scientist to spearhead electrophysiology‑driven epilepsy research within the Rare Disease team. You will drive in vivo mouse experiments, ex vivo brain slice studies, and contribute to drug development with high scientific autonomy. You will mentor staff, plan seizure studies, perform EEG/LFP recordings, conduct patch‑clamp work, and collaborate across translational teams to align preclinical data with clinical hypotheses.
