Lead, Compliance Program Fiduciary & TPRM

Catena Trust Bank is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to build and scale the Compliance Management System. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and collaborate with the Chief Trust Officer to lead fiduciary and non-financial crimes compliance across custody, investment management, and trust activities. You will oversee third-party risk management, affiliate transactions, and regulatory reporting, while guiding a training program and preparing materials for committees and audits.
