Beauty Vault Med Spa in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Social Media and Front Office Coordinator. This dual-role combines digital marketing with front desk duties to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting. You will create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok; respond to inquiries; greet clients; schedule appointments; process payments; and coordinate client flow with our aesthetic team. Prior spa or beauty experience is a plus.
