The Opportunity: Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in crawl space and basement repair. Opening a new market usually means paying the franchise fee and fronting the launch capital. If you can do that, great. If you can't, there's another way in. We have investors — current franchisees who've seen what this system can do and want to fund a new market — lined up and ready to write the check. What they don't have is someone to run it. That's where you come in. How It Works The investors fund the market. You run it: the people, the P&L, the results. As the business hits its numbers, you buy out the investors' stake and become the franchisee. We've done this 35 times. It works. You'll start on a base salary with uncapped profit share. The better your market performs, the more you earn and the closer you get to ownership. You'll sell, coach, and crawl under houses doing inspections yourself until your team can carry the work. Our best GMs and franchisees have come from all kinds of backgrounds: military, former athletes, ministry leaders, equipment sales reps, engineers. No single resume gets you here. What they share is character: servant-hearted leadership, a willingness to do the work before you delegate it, and the humility to be the last line of accountability when something goes wrong on your watch.

What You Bring: A track record of leading teams to measurable results in a process-driven, hands-on environment Experience building or enforcing SOPsA proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain good people The discipline to have hard conversations earlyA working knowledge of sales, marketing, and capacity planningA hunger for feedback and improvement Composure and focus under pressure Physical Demands Expect to crawl and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces and handle light hand tools.
