Founding SVP, Austin Factory | Remote-Eligible

MISUMI Americas is standing up its first U.S. manufacturing platform in Austin for frontier-technology customers, including humanoid robotics and aerospace. We seek a founding Senior Vice President to lead facility stand-up, scale-up, and governance, reporting to MISUMI’s Americas leadership. The SVP will own P&L, drive a multi-year workforce ramp to 200+ staff, ensure export-control compliance (ITAR/CMMC), and build a high-performance culture with a founder’s mindset.
