Compensation: Competitive Base + Performance-Based Bonus up to 100%Key Requirement – Proven track record of originating, developing, and winning utility-scale EPC projects across Solar, BESS, Substation, T&D and/or High-Voltage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Drive Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan across utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, T&D and high-voltage infrastructure. Originate New Opportunities: Identify, qualify and develop new project opportunities, working closely with developers, utilities, IPPs, owners, consultants and other key stakeholders. Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with developers, utilities, IPPs, infrastructure owners and strategic partners across the U.S.Expand Market Presence: Identify new geographic markets, customers and service opportunities to accelerate the company's growth across Renewables and Power.

Requirements: 10+ years of progressive business development / commercial experience within EPC, construction, energy, power or infrastructure. Proven track record of originating and winning utility-scale projects, ideally across Solar, BESS, substations, T&D and/or high-voltage infrastructure. Strong existing relationships with developers, utilities, IPPs, EPCs, consultants and/or infrastructure owners across the U.S.Strong understanding of the U.S. renewable energy and power markets, including utility-scale solar, energy storage, grid infrastructure and interconnection.
